Community Guidelines
PyChat works because people treat each other decently. These are the rules, and what happens when they're broken.
Treat people as people
- Hosts are doing a job. They are not obliged to do anything beyond having a conversation.
- Users are paying for time and attention, not compliance.
- Either side can end a call at any moment, for any reason or none.
Not allowed
Anything involving minors
Immediate permanent ban and a report to authorities. See our child safety policy.
Sexual content
Nudity, sexual acts, and solicitation of paid sexual services are not permitted. PyChat is for conversation.
Harassment
Threats, slurs, abuse, and persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop.
Moving off the platform
Sharing phone numbers, social handles, or links to other apps. This isn't about keeping you here — it's the route most scams and grooming take, so we block it.
Recording
Recording a call without the other person's clear consent. Screenshots of conversations shared without permission count too.
Deception
Impersonating someone else, using another person's photos, or misrepresenting who you are.
Fraud
Chargeback abuse, fake reports to extract refunds, or manipulating the coin system.
What happens
| Violation | Action |
|---|---|
| Anything involving minors | Permanent ban, reported to authorities |
| Threats or serious harassment | Permanent ban |
| Sexual content | Warning, then suspension, then ban |
| Sharing contact details | Message blocked; repeated attempts lead to suspension |
| Fraud | Ban and forfeiture of balance |
Reporting
Report from any profile, conversation, or call summary. Tell us what happened and roughly when. We review every report and act on the ones we can verify. You won't always hear the outcome — we don't share what action was taken against another account — but the report is read.
If we got it wrong
Suspensions can be appealed. Write to support@pychat.in from your registered email and a different person reviews it.
