Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and The Code Services for use of PyChat. By using the app you accept them.
Who can use PyChat
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in secure.
Coins and payment
- Coins are bought in advance and spent on calls. They have no value outside the app and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Calls are billed in whole started minutes. A call of 1 minute 30 seconds costs 2 minutes.
- Billing starts when the host accepts, not when you dial. If the call never connects, you are not charged.
- Each host sets their own per-minute rate, shown before you call.
- Messaging is free.
- Coins do not expire.
For hosts
- You must complete identity verification before taking calls.
- You set your own rate and choose when to be online. There are no minimum hours.
- Earnings are settled weekly to your registered bank account, less the platform fee and TDS as required by law.
- You may block any user without giving a reason.
- Repeated verified complaints may result in suspension.
What is not allowed
You may not use PyChat to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
- Share sexual content involving anyone under 18 — this results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities
- Share nudity or sexually explicit content
- Solicit or offer paid sexual services
- Share phone numbers, social handles, or links to move the conversation off PyChat
- Impersonate someone else
- Record calls without the other person's consent
- Attempt to defraud other users or the platform
- Use bots, scripts, or automation
See our community guidelines for detail.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. For serious violations — anything involving minors, fraud, or threats — we act immediately and without notice. For lesser matters we normally warn first. If your account is closed for a violation, unused coins are not refunded.
What we don't promise
PyChat depends on your internet connection and on third-party services. Calls may drop. Hosts may be unavailable. We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available.
We do not screen the content of conversations in real time. Hosts are independent — they are not our employees, and we do not control what they say.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use PyChat after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
